Courteous staff. Can be more organised. Some snacks like sandwiches, coffee, tea at reasonable price are served inside . Procedures of going thru 3 counters A, B, C could be explained in brief to applicants. Little bit Chaotic. Lot of staff. Can be more efficiently utilised

The process inside the office are neat and clean. We have limited bike and car parking here and has an alternative we can park in skywalk , but the security in passport seva building is corrupt and will ask for 50 rs to let park the bike and car.

Social distancing was maintained and the procedure was executed without any delay. People at the center were kind and helpful. There is even a printer/xerox machine located for last minute xerox or printing. The token is given in first come first serve basis. It is situated near Ampa skywalk so it's easier to locate.
