Improved from previous years. Still a bit of overcrowding/full to capacity despite appointment driven. Not enough seating arrangements for senior citizens/ families with toddlers specially the "C" counter waiting area is quite overcrowded without much space.

Poor arrangement for people waiting to go inside the passport office. Its difficult for accompanying members to wait outside for an hour! Concerned authority should not offer same slot to many candidates. Results in inconvenience to everybody!
