        Minimum of 6-8 years? experience with strong hands-on and administration experience on IBM DataStage & Control-M applications

        Strong knowledge of ETL design and data integration concepts, with good understanding of data modelling and schema design

        Extensive Knowledge on Development, System operations and administration activities on both the applications

        Managing Job scheduling, health checks, Access management and performance optimization in Control-M

        Fair knowledge on Implementation/ Installation/ Upgrade/ Patch Management / Vulnerabilities fixes

        Manage user access, security, and authentication within DataStage. Monitor and optimize DataStage job performance at scale

        Create reusable components, templates, Self-service portals/ utilities and frameworks for efficient development. Suggest process improvements and optimizations

        Implement best practices for data integration workflows and Control-M Jobs

        Experience monitoring critical metrics such as throughput, latency, channel utilization, and CPU/memory usage and act diligently on any deviations

        Experience building and managing pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions

        Good Stakeholder Management skills articulating both technical and functional aspects.

        Strong Linux Scripting skills

        Exposure to automations in any form like Agentic approach, Python, scripting etc would add value

        Must possess automation first mindset and experience working in Dev-Ops model

        Ability to quickly acquire technical skills and willingness to pick up other technologies within the platform

        Must possess strong understanding of Platform Infrastructure and strong knowledge of AWS infrastructure is required

        Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies

        Willingness to support in shifts

Standardization of technical standards and processes between development teams in India and the United States.
Conducting and overseeing code quality and architecture reviews.Early detection and development of technical challenges and planning solutions.Optimization and updating management of the technology stack.Early reporting and response to risks and issues.Building a close collaboration system.
