As a Partner at Wipro, you will be expected to lead a practice/vertical/client account, overseeing sales, consulting delivery, growth, and people development. Your responsibilities will include developing and managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, converting consulting opportunities into sustainable engagements, improving consulting services maturity, and making a positive impact on Wipro's business. It is essential for you to achieve personal billability at high fee rates. Your role will encompass various key areas: Consulting Execution: - Achieve utilisation target and embody Wipro's core values - Focus on the quality of assignments, ensuring client satisfaction and strong feedback - Build strong client relationships and be recognized as an industry expert - Manage practice and teams to strike the right balance between delivery and business development - Collaborate with other practices to create tailored propositions - Stimulate demand for solutions by providing fresh insights and customizing offerings to meet client needs - Apply industry best practices and standards in consulting delivery Business Development: - Ensure high levels of individual and team utilization - Lead sales activities, bids, and proposals - Drive revenue generation for wider Wipro services - Manage a practice sales pipeline and revenue targets - Develop and implement practice business/strategy plans - Establish a strong network of client contracts and executive relationships - Coordinate sales activities and meetings across the practice - Negotiate commercials with clients and lead marketing activities Thought Leadership: - Be recognized as an industry thought leader - Share thought leadership within Wipro - Develop industry-leading insights and ensure adequate thought leadership for the practice - Utilize case studies and track records in sales efforts - Present Wipro thought leadership at external forums Contribution to Practice/Wipro: - Deliver all Wipro admin tasks in a timely manner - Drive internal initiatives and innovation - Ensure effective contribution to the knowledge management platform - Foster market-relevant capabilities and service offerings - Participate in industry networks and committees Mandatory Skills: Upstream - Oil and Gas Experience: >10 YEARS Join us at Wipro and be a part of our journey to reinvent ourselves and our industry.
