As we embrace a privacy-first approach by utilizing Matomo for tracking, we are seeking a creative and motivated individual to drive our marketing efforts while prioritizing user privacy. Your responsibilities as a Part-Time Marketer will encompass various aspects of digital marketing, including managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Reddit, Discord, and Twitter/X. You will engage with our audience through captivating content like posts, reels, and polls. Additionally, you will collaborate on content creation for blog posts, product descriptions, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Building relationships within the keyboard enthusiast community, engaging with influencers and reviewers, and supporting pre-launch and post-launch marketing campaigns will be crucial aspects of your role. Emphasis will be placed on utilizing Matomo for analytics, conducting paid advertising campaigns on Meta/Facebook Ads and Google Ads without third-party tracking, and conducting market research to stay informed on industry trends and customer preferences. To excel in this position, you should possess at least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or social media management, with a preference for experience in tech or niche products. Proficiency in Matomo or similar privacy-focused analytics tools, the ability to manage Meta/Google Ads without relying on third-party tracking, basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Photoshop, and familiarity with WordPress/WooCommerce are advantageous. An enthusiasm for mechanical keyboards, along with knowledge of anime, gaming, or internet culture, is highly valued as our brand voice is characterized by a fun and meme-friendly tone. As a self-starter with strong communication skills, you should be capable of working independently, generating innovative ideas, and meeting deadlines effectively.
