The sales staff is very cooperative, customer need base service is quite sensible on their part n the overall experience was quite. The only thing that pinches most is the high labour i. e. 22-23% making charge.

They not provide product as per instruction.. one of the staff with whom I deal her name called Kiran was very rude not ready to accept their mistake... manager also not showing interest to solve the problem or not feel sorry about staff's mistake.....

Parashar people. No one is committed. Silver worth Their silver items are very bad. Never make any purchase, their policy is very bad . And I suggest you don’t purchase jewellery from Parshaw jewellery

Visited Ghatlodiya store today. Had a good experience with staff and Branch Manager Mr. Ravi Shah, Sales person Ms Kiran and other members. A large variety of gold, diamond and silver ornaments. 😀 …

I bought gold chain from this place. Customer relationship staff was courteous and polite but the employee on the billing counter was so rude and didn't know how to talk to a new customer. Highly disappointed with the person's behaviour. I hope either manager or owner will take note of this.
