The sales staff is very cooperative, customer need base service is quite sensible on their part n the overall experience was quite. The only thing that pinches most is the high labour i. e. 22-23% making charge.

I bought gold chain from this place. Customer relationship staff was courteous and polite but the employee on the billing counter was so rude and didn't know how to talk to a new customer. Highly disappointed with the person's behaviour. I hope either manager or owner will take note of this.
