Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer Guest Service Associate located in Raigad Maharashtra, India. The Trainer Guest Service Associate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for candidates. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting training sessions, evaluating trainee performance, and offering personalized coaching to enhance skills and knowledge in guest services. The role also involves monitoring training program effectiveness and staying updated with the latest industry trends and practices.
