Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor located in Jammu. The Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met, coordinate with site workers and subcontractors, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, the Supervisor will be responsible for resolving any issues that arise on-site and reporting progress to senior management. Qualifications Construction Management and Project Coordination skills Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Compliance standards Team Leadership and Conflict Resolution abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in supervising construction projects Proficiency in project management software and tools Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Prior experience in road construction and heritage restoration is a plus
