Roles & Responsibilities Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing. Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations. Carrying out background research and presenting findings. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations. Devise the tool for tracking/ template to be used for daily update and task compeltion. Ensuring monitoring and timely completion of pipeline activities. Anything beyond the scope of existing functions to be taken up by her / him. Develop marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing , digital marketing & telemarketing. Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions. Handle Social Media Marketing for company. Updating , making changes on the website whenever needed. Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions. Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer. Report Data Analysis to management. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Confidentiality. Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English. Should be hands on with IT skills, Advanced Excel & Presentation skills. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. The ability to research, digest, analyse and present material clearly and concisely. Multitasking - Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines. Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
