The ideal candidate will be responsible for visual storytelling—from capturing high-quality video footage to editing compelling content that aligns with the brand’s tone, purpose, and message. You must be equally skilled behind the camera and at the editing desk. Key Responsibilities: As DOP (Director of Photography): Plan and execute video shoots including lighting setup, camera angles, and framing. Operate cameras, drones, gimbals, and other video equipment efficiently. Ensure high-quality visuals for indoor, outdoor, studio, and on-location shoots. Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand the vision and translate it visually. Conduct location recces, manage shoot logistics, and guide assistants/crew as needed. As Video Editor: Edit raw footage into engaging and polished video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software. Add sound effects, transitions, color grading, and motion graphics where required. Edit content for various platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and advertisements. Maintain project organization, backup files, and manage post-production timelines. Stay updated with current video editing trends and apply innovative editing techniques. Requirements: Proven experience as a DOP and Video Editor (portfolio required). Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Strong understanding of lighting, lenses, composition, and video formats. Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and audio equipment.
