Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development & Sales Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about animation and eager to gain practical experience in sales and business development within the creative industry. Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential clients, leads, and business opportunities. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to expand client base and market reach. Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and pitches. Actively participate in outreach activities, follow-ups, and client communication. Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns aimed at generating leads and boosting sales. Maintain and update client databases, sales pipelines, and performance reports. Build and nurture relationships with clients, prospects, and partners. Attend networking events, industry meetups, and client meetings to represent the studio. Provide administrative and operational support to the business development and sales team. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Passion for animation, filmmaking, entertainment, and the creative industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-driven, and eager to achieve results. Good organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic understanding of sales, lead generation, and business development principles. Ltd. is an emerging creative powerhouse dedicated to crafting high-quality animated films, series, and visual stories. Our mission is to bring imagination to life through strong storytelling, design, and innovation. Position Overview: We are looking for talented Concept Artists (Intern) who can visualize and develop the look and feel of our animated projects. You will work closely with our directors, art leads, and production team to design characters, environments, and visual concepts that define the film’s tone and style. Key Responsibilities: Create character designs , environment and background sketches , and color keys . Develop visual styles, mood boards, and concept art that align with the story’s tone. Collaborate with directors and art supervisors to translate ideas into visual concepts. Provide detailed concept references for 3D modeling, lighting, and texturing teams. Maintain consistency and quality across all visual materials. Required Skills & Experience: Strong artistic fundamentals — anatomy, perspective, composition, and color theory. Proficiency in industry-standard software (Photoshop, Procreate, Krita, etc.). Ability to visualize in various styles — from stylized to realistic. Experience in animation pre-production or filmmaking is a plus. A strong portfolio showcasing character, background, and color concept work.
