Initially a small unit focused on copper wires, the company has expanded to offer comprehensive solutions for cabling and harnessing across various industries. We manufacture a wide range of wires and cables, which include single and multiple conductor configurations, shielded and unshielded options, and specialized cables with materials such as PVC, HDPE, and XLPE. We serve prestigious clients, including Mahindra, Tata, and TE connectivity, and we are the only company in India to manufacture waterproof cables. Our mission is to achieve market leadership through customer orientation, quality, innovation, and technology. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Karnataka, India. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance, including developing quality control processes, conducting product inspections, analyzing quality data, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks will include managing quality assurance teams, coordinating with production departments to implement quality standards, and continuously improving quality management systems. Qualifications Strong knowledge and 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality standards Experience with inspection and testing methodologies Ability to analyze quality data and implement corrective actions Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable Continuous improvement mindset and ability to work independently Show more Show less
