Job profile of Loading Supervisor The Loading Supervisor oversees and coordinates the loading of our cattle feed products for dispatch to parties to ensure timely delivery, product accuracy, safety, and compliance. The role involves supervising contractual labour, coordinating with planning team and transport, including maintaining records of shipmen Key Responsibilities: Supervise loading of Finished Goods (Cattle Feed) into trucks, ensuring correct quantity and variant. Ensure products are loaded as per delivery schedules and dispatch orders. Manage and guide a contractual labour. Ensure safety in operations Coordinate with transporters/ and logistics teams for vehicle allocation and scheduling. Coordinate with the planning team for product release before dispatch. Verify and sign off on weighbridge slips. Report discrepancies or delays to the dispatch/planning team Ensure 5S and better hygiene conditions in the operational area. Qualifications & Skills: High school or ITI pass in any streams. 25 years of experience in dispatch or warehouse operations. experience in cattle feed industries will be added point. Ability to manage a team and work under pressure. Basic computer literacy (Excel, ERP systems). Strong organizational and communication skills. Working Conditions: Physical work environment including warehouse, storage, and loading bays. Exposure to dust and noise; PPE usage is mandatory. May require shift work, including weekends or holidays depending on dispatch volume.
