Job Title: Production Executive – SCADA Operations Location: Nani Danam Department: Production / Operations Experience Required: 2–5 years (including hands-on experience with SCADA systems) Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering We are seeking a dedicated and technically sound Production Executive with experience in SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily production activities, monitoring automated systems, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining quality and safety standards in the manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and operate SCADA systems to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production processes. Execute daily production plans and coordinate with different departments for raw materials, maintenance, and quality checks. Troubleshoot system issues and escalate unresolved problems to the maintenance or engineering teams. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Generate and analyze daily production reports and logs Coordinate shift activities and ensure proper documentation Identify areas for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives. Train and guide operators on SCADA operation and safety procedures. Required Skills & Competencies: Hands-on experience with SCADA, PLC, and HMI systems.
