It was a very satisfactory experience as they are so nice and will help you immediately. So, I would advice you all to go to this service centre as I have also visited sector 32 centre but they are not willing to listen to my problem.

I had an outstanding experience at the Paramatrix Service Center! Their team was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also super efficient. My device was repaired promptly, and the staff was courteous throughout. I couldn't be happier with the service. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Mr Gurmail Singh was very helpful and got the hardware replaced in time. I did have some initial problem with other staff not responding to my calls but once Mr Gurmail took over it was a very smooth experience.

worst customer service. they sold me a broken macbook pro m1 and refused to replace it. it was confirmed by their staff that there was indeed a hardware issue, but still refused to replace the unit.
