CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILTITIES:- Develop concepts, drawings & 3D visuals Coordinate with clients, consultants & contractors. Ensure projects meet design & timeline goals. Lead & guide junior team members. Ability to resolve technical and design challenges through innovative thinking Review production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasks. Ensure that quality control activities for all architectural elements are met. Ability to work on-site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Lead design initiatives and mentor young designers within the project team. CANDITATE REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institute. Strong design and execution skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop , and other design tools. Knowledge of architectural processes and sustainability standards ( GRIHA, LEED, ECBC, WELL ). Detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to manage multiple deadlines. Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills. Adherence to professional standards and best practices.
