Role & responsibilities Work in close coordination with Promoter and Manage assigned responsibilities. Coordinate both personal and professional appointments, meetings and other key engagements with clients, vendors and business partners. Communicate at organizational & promoter level. Draft letters, reports, presentations, contracts or other forms of documentation as required. Provide administrative support for proofreading, transcribing handwritten information and documents sorting. Maintain MIS, Reports, Data and other other ralted database. Tracking and reporting of SOPS (standard operating procedures) while ensuring complete coordination between different organizational groups and compliance metrices. Tracking and reporting KPIS (key performance indicators) for different organizational groups and individual employees. Tracking and reporting regulatory and statutory compliance at different organizational levels. Must ensure a solid understanding of compliance with the principles of the companys Code of Ethics. Coordinating internal Audit with promoters and relevant stake holders on periodic basis and ensure troubleshooting. Preferred candidate profile Proficient in MS-Office, especially MS-Excel. Advance execl experties highly sought after. Good communication skills in English both written and verbal. Experience in working with minimal supervision. Experience working flexibly in a small team, building strong day-to-day relationships with colleagues. Able to manage a varied workload and ensuring execution of scheduled tasks on time.
