Role & responsibilities There should be good technical knowledge of production process wise and process inspection and final testing of instrumentation, CAT5 & 6 , house wire, fire survivable , control cable and other types of communication cables. Liaison with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements Estimate costs and prepare budgets Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines Monitor production to resolve issues Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers etc.) Determine the amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) Looking after production, planning & process control Skillful dealing & cooperation with workers for achieving production targets. Reducing cycle time by adopting line balancing for increasing productivity. Utilization of resources up to maximum level. Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc. Ensure output meets quality standards Enforce health and safety precautions Report to upper management Preferred candidate profile Minimum 7 yrs of experience on same profile Must Cable Experience in Cable & Wire Industry Inspection Experience Experience in below mentioned cables (Instrumentation Cable, Special Cable, LAN Cable, CAT--6/CAT-5/Communication Cable, Online Cable, Multicore Cable, Fire Survival Cable)
