Company:
- Own fieldwork delivery across markets, including feasibility checks, survey sends, quota management, incidence monitoring and timely survey closes, working closely with research and project teams.
- Manage external sample requests from feasibility assessment through to delivery.
- Own feasibility and profile coverage reporting, so that teams know what the panel can deliver by market, demographic and profile, and flag profile shortages early.
Fraud, deduplication and quality analytics
- Own fraud detection and deduplication across the panel, including the rules, automated checks and investigation of suspicious accounts and activity, and act on flags raised by the panel care and acquisition teams.
- Own quality analytics, defining and tracking response-quality, fraud and data-quality measures, including the quality of newly acquired panellists by channel and campaign.
Incentive and rewards operations
- Run incentive and rewards operations, from incentive rules and reward fulfilment to redemption monitoring, working with the relevant internal teams and rewards partners.
- Track and report incentive cost per complete by market and survey type, and recommend changes that balance cost, response rates and panellist experience.
Panel performance analytics
- Act as the single source of truth for panel numbers, owning the metric definitions and reporting for the main panel indicators across markets, including active panellists, registrations, retention, dormancy, survey participation, completion rates, feasibility, profile coverage and incentive cost per complete.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks in BI tools to give timely visibility into panel performance.
- Analyse historical trends, acquisition cohorts and panellist behaviour to pinpoint where panellists drop off and what drives panel growth or decline, and flag emerging panel health risks early.
Campaign measurement and segmentation
- Own campaign measurement, defining success measures and measuring acquisition, engagement and reactivation outcomes through conversion, retention and incremental impact analysis. The Digital Acquisition & Growth Executive runs tracking and day-to-day spend under your direction; you own the acquisition strategy and budget, the metric definitions and the quality of acquired panellists.
- Develop reusable segments based on registration history, activity levels, survey participation, redemption behaviour and profile attributes, identifying high-potential, disengaged, dormant and niche-profile panellists.
- Analyse how panellists move from registration to repeat participation to understand what drives activation, repeat participation, disengagement and attrition, and provide priority audiences for targeted acquisition, engagement and reactivation sends.
Data automation and technical enablement
- Independently query and analyse large, complex panel datasets using SQL and BI tools.
- Design and maintain reliable data pipelines and automated workflows for fieldwork, fraud checks, incentive operations and reporting, reducing manual effort across the panel team.
- Automate recurring reporting, data extraction, audience preparation, campaign lists and performance monitoring, using Python, APIs and AI-driven tools where useful, with clear documentation so outputs and logic can be maintained and scaled.
- Work with product and engineering teams to improve data accessibility, event tracking and data quality.
Data protection and privacy
- Ensure panel data is handled in line with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), Indonesia's Personal Data Protection (PDP) law and the company's data policy, applying appropriate access controls, data minimisation and retention rules across reports, extracts, sample deliveries and automated workflows.
Team leadership, recommendations and collaboration
- Lead and develop the panel team, including the Digital Acquisition & Growth Executive and the Panel Care & Query Management Senior Executive, owning acquisition strategy and budget.
- Translate findings into clear, prioritised recommendations and data-backed proposals, covering target audiences, expected impact, resource and cost requirements and how success will be measured, and present them to panel leadership and other stakeholders.
- Work with the Digital Acquisition & Growth Executive, the Panel Care & Query Management Senior Executive and research and project teams so that acquisition, engagement, care and fieldwork decisions are based on one consistent set of panel numbers.
