1. Respond to Inquiries:Address calls, emails, and walk-in queries from prospective students and parents.
2. Counsel Prospective Students:Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
3. Manage the Admission Process:Handle application forms, document verification, and follow-up with applicants through each stage.
4. Data Management:Maintain accurate records of applicants, follow-ups, and admissions using admission software or CRM tools.
5. Coordinate with Departments:Liaise with academic and administrative departments for entrance exams, interviews, or documentation.
6. Organize Admission Events:Support in conducting admission drives, webinars, campus tours, and open houses.
7. Follow-up on Leads:Track potential students through regular follow-ups via calls, messages, or emails.
8. Reporting & Analysis:Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, and confirmed admissions.
9. Ensure Compliance:Adhere to institutional policies and ensure all admission processes meet regulatory standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
