Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer located in Coimbatore. The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential customers, scheduling appointments, handling customer inquiries, and providing prompt customer service. Additional daily tasks include managing customer databases, achieving sales targets, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing customer databases Exceptional Customer Service and Sales skills Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Experience in telemarketing or a related field is a plus Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous but not required
