Office Manager - Psvconsultant7@gmail.com About the Role : We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager for Instagram/Facebook posts with decent Video Editing skill to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing social posts, video edits and handling day to day office tasks to assist our Director. ● Education: Any Graduate can apply. ● Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in handling Social media posts & video editing. ● Skills: ○ Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Filmora, etc.). ○ MS Office, MS Excel, Canva. ○ Strong understanding of post-production processes, including color correction and sound editing. Key Responsibilities : ● Keep records of daily clients visiting office in database, maintain transaction records client wise. ● Preparing Quotations for clients and maintain records of our executive incentives. ● Create Social media posts, stories & occasionally Edit video content to enhance the overall quality, ensuring smooth transitions, sound synchronization, and visual appeal. ● Co-ordinate within office staff for ensuring smooth operations and assist in all office work to Director. ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
