The Pandit will perform religious ceremonies and rituals, provide pastoral care, and offer theological guidance and support to individuals and families. The role also involves conducting regular consultations and participating in community spiritual events to nurture and guide the spiritual growth of participants. Qualifications Experience and knowledge in Chaplaincy and Theology Skills in Pastoral Counseling and Pastoral duties Expertise in providing Pastoral Care with compassion and understanding Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with diverse communities and respect cultural sensitivities Formal training or certification in religious studies is preferred Experience in performing a variety of religious ceremonies and rituals is a plus
