Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for a Machinist located in Vadodara. The Machinist will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery to produce precise components. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings, setting up tools and equipment, overseeing machine operations, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in operating machines and tools, including lathe, milling, and drilling machines Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and machine repair skills Knowledge of safety protocols and experience in maintaining a safe working environment Attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality workmanship Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team Previous experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is an advantage A technical diploma or certification in machining, mechanical engineering, or a related field is preferred
