Managing all phone calls , meetings, taking follow up on tasks alloted with vendors , suppliers, staff and others. Enabling higher efficiency for the CEO at office. Assist the boss with filing , record keeping , memo writing , briefing , routine and day planner . Manage CEO's Day planner , monthly calendar and travels. She should be smart intelligent well dressed and well spoken. She should be available over phone even from home and willing to accept any urgent task given even in odd hours.
