We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Facade Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of building facades, ensuring they meet structural integrity, aesthetic, and performance standards. This role requires a deep understanding of materials, construction methods, and engineering principles as they apply to facade systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Facade Design & Analysis: Develop and analyze structural designs for building facades, ensuring they meet project specifications, safety standards, and aesthetic requirements. 2. Material Selection: Select appropriate materials for facade systems, considering factors such as durability, environmental impact, and cost-effectiveness. 3. Structural Calculations: Perform detailed structural calculations to ensure the safety and stability of facade systems, considering factors like wind load, seismic activity, and thermal expansion. 4. Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure facade designs are integrated seamlessly into overall building projects. 5. Construction Support: Provide technical support during the construction phase, including reviewing shop drawings, conducting site visits, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. 6. Compliance & Standards: Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, industry standards, and client requirements. 7. Innovation & Sustainability: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in facade engineering, with a focus on innovative and sustainable solutions. 8. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including design reports, calculations, and project correspondence. Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 2. Experience: 4+ years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on facade systems. 3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS), CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), and facade design tools. 4. Knowledge: Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, building physics, and construction methods. 5.
