As a Billing Engineer at Kshitij Interiors, your primary responsibility is to manage the estimation, billing, and cost management of interior turnkey projects. You play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of project financials and maintaining cost control measures. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and verify client, subcontractor, and vendor bills in accordance with contract terms. Ensure timely submission and approval of invoices. - Conduct rate analysis, validate market rates for materials and labor, and contribute to cost control efforts to uphold budget adherence. - Review contracts, work orders, and agreements to guarantee billing accuracy and compliance with project scope. - Keep records of work completed versus billed, monitor project expenses, and generate regular financial progress reports. - Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams to align billing procedures with project execution. - Identify and document scope changes, prepare variation claims, and assist in resolving billing disputes. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing for interior fit-out projects. - Proficient in BOQ, rate analysis, and cost estimation. - Familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP-based billing software. - Knowledge of contract terms, taxation, and industry billing practices. - Immediate availability is mandatory.,
