Human Resources Department Associate/ Executive (Specifically into Training and development) Role & responsibilities Assist in maintaining employee records, updating files, and supporting HR documentation processes. Support recruitment and onboarding by preparing paperwork and coordinating joining formalities. Help organize employee engagement initiatives and assist in event execution and follow-ups.
