Responsibilities Client Interaction: Meet with clients to discuss their design goals, preferences, and budget. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the design process. Concept Development: Develop design concepts, space plans, and detailed drawings for a variety of residential and commercial projects. Material Selection: Select and specify furnishings, materials, lighting, and finishes. Visual Presentations: Create and present mood boards , 2D drawings, and 3D renderings to help clients visualize the proposed design. Project Management: Oversee the project from the initial design phase through installation, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a seamless execution of the design plan. Qualifications 3-4 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects. Proven experience in client-facing roles and a knack for translating client visions into reality. Expertise in design software, including SketchUp, 3D modeling, and V-Ray . Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant tools is a plus. Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and universal design principles. Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills. A creative and innovative approach to design with a problem-solving mindset.
