The QMS Senior Engineer will oversee and manage quality management systems (QMS) and ensure their compliance with industry standards. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality standards, monitoring processes for continual improvement, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. The candidate will lead quality assessments, facilitate corrective actions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and quality standards Experience in conducting audits, monitoring processes, and implementing quality improvements Proficiency in compliance management and understanding of relevant regulatory requirements Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field Certifications in quality management systems such as ISO 9001 will be an advantage Prior experience in quality assurance or relevant engineering roles is preferred
