Location: Chennai (Field-based + Office) Type: Full-Time Role Summary: Actively seek out new business opportunities through field visits, partnerships, and client interactions. Responsibilities: • Visit architects, property brokers, and material vendors • Distribute brochures and build referral network • Identify and pitch to potential construction clients • Assist in closing deals by scheduling client meetings Skills: • Excellent communication & networking ability • Basic understanding of construction business • Fluent in Tamil, English a plus
