Packing Supervisor

Location: South Delhi (Fatehpur Beri, near Chhatarpur)

Timings: Mon-Sat, 9:30 AM-6:30 PM

About the Role

We are a Merchant Exporter of Indian Puja Items and Kitchenwares. We source products from manufacturers across India, pack them at our Delhi warehouse and export them worldwide.

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on person to supervise our packing and warehouse team and ensure that products are correctly packed, checked, organized and prepared for dispatch. The role involves guiding workers, allocating daily work, checking quality and packing standards, and ensuring that work is completed correctly and on time.

What You'll Do

• Supervise packing workers and allocate daily work.
• Guide workers on correct packing, labeling, stickers and product handling.
• Check packed goods, quantities, quality and carton preparation.
• Ensure stocks are properly organized and kept in designated areas.
• Monitor cleanliness, discipline and work quality in the warehouse.
• Identify mistakes or problems and ensure they are corrected.
• Coordinate with the office team regarding packing, stock and dispatch requirements.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in packing, production, warehouse or a similar hands-on supervisory role.
• Good communication and computer skills.
• Systematic, organized and attentive to detail.
• Able to guide workers and take responsibility for their work.
• Practical, reliable and willing to take ownership of getting work done.
