Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and leveraging low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility.Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance.

Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application engineering.
Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Varicent.

Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.

Experience with low-code development platforms and APIs.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Familiarity with system stability and performance optimization techniques.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Varicent.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
