Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Package Consultant specializing in Billing & Digital Subscription, you will implement and optimize cloud-based billing and subscription management solutions that support recurring revenue models, digital monetization strategies, and customer lifecycle automation. You will work closely with finance, product, IT, and customer success teams to ensure that the selected billing solution aligns with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer experience expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Configure Subscription Products: Design and configure subscription products, pricing tiers, billing cycles, and revenue recognition rules to meet business requirements and customer needs.
- Integrate Billing Platforms: Integrate the billing platform with CRM, ERP, payment gateways, and customer portals to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the billing solution aligns with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer experience expectations.
- Optimize Solution Delivery: Implement and optimize cloud-based billing and subscription management solutions to support recurring revenue models and digital monetization strategies.
- Manage Complex Pricing Models: Configure and deploy packaged platforms that enable organizations to manage complex pricing models, usage-based billing, invoicing, and subscription lifecycle events with precision and scalability.
