Job Summary - The Sales Executive is responsible for generating business, developing client relationships, and promoting RCC precast construction solutions. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, managing client inquiries, coordinating with technical and production teams, and achieving sales targets for RCC precast products and projects such as mass housing, commercial buildings, industrial structures, and infrastructure works. Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Sales Identify and develop new business opportunities for RCC precast structures and components. Generate leads through consultants, developers, contractors, government bodies, and infrastructure clients. Promote RCC precast solutions including columns, beams, slabs, wall panels, staircases, and structural systems. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to explain technical and commercial advantages of RCC precast. Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and estimation teams. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and project stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries from enquiry to order closure. Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to provide suitable precast solutions. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Coordination & Proposal Support Coordinate with design, estimation, production, and planning teams to support bids and proposals. Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, delivery schedules, and project timelines. Support contract negotiations and finalization in coordination with management. Market Intelligence & Reporting Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the RCC precast sector. Provide feedback to management on market demand, client expectations, and improvement areas. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. Order Execution Support Support smooth handover from sales to project execution teams. Coordinate with clients and internal teams during initial project stages to ensure clarity of scope, timelines, and deliverables. Assist in resolving commercial or coordination issues during execution. Qualifications Any Bachelor’s Degree Candidates with exposure to construction or precast systems preferred. Experience 4–5 years of experience in sales or business development within construction, RCC precast, or building materials industry. Experience dealing with developers, EPC contractors, consultants, or government projects is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Good understanding of RCC construction and precast systems. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and client-friendly manner. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools. Target-driven with strong follow-up and closing skills. Personal Attributes Result-oriented and self-motivated. Strong interpersonal and networking skills. Professional attitude with customer-focused mindset. Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
