Job Description: Junior Resource – P2P & PMO

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Resource with basic exposure to Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Project Management Office (PMO) activities to support finance and project coordination processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with P2P activities, including invoice processing, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.
  • Support PMO activities, project tracking, documentation, and reporting.
  • Maintain records, trackers, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely updates and follow-ups.
  • Assist with basic MIS reports and day-to-day operational tasks.

Requirements

  • Graduate in B.Com, BMS, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge or exposure to P2P and/or PMO processes.
  • Good communication, coordination, and Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
