About the job: P100M Talent is seeking a motivated and experienced US technical recruiter to join their team. The role involves identifying, attracting, and placing top-tier technical talent for a diverse portfolio of clients, including Fortune 100 companies. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in technical recruiting and understanding of various industries to drive successful placements and contribute to the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business development: Identify and establish relationships with relevant clients. 2. Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for highly specialized technical roles, from requisition to offer acceptance. 3. Candidate sourcing: Proactively find and engage passive and active technical candidates using various channels like the company database, LinkedIn recruiter, job boards, and networking events. 4. Candidate assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate a candidate's skills, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations. 5. Client relationship management: Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, company culture, and hiring needs. 6. Market intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and talent landscapes within the technology sector. 7. Offer management: Facilitate the offer process, including negotiation and closing, to ensure a positive candidate experience. 8. Pipeline management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. 9. Process improvement: Help improve recruitment processes and strategies using data and best practices. 10. Mentorship: Potentially mentor junior recruiters and share best practices with the team.
