Qualifications Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, General Ledger Accounting, and Budget Management. Experience with Tax Compliance, Tax Filing, and Regulatory Compliance. Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Payroll Processing. Solid command of Accounting Software and strong Excel skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities. Excellent communication and team management capabilities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; CPA/CFA certification is a plus.
