About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct legal and policy research relevant to Australian migration law (e.g., Migration Act, visa criteria, Ministerial Directions) 2. Prepare and draft visa application submissions and supporting letters 3. Assist with organising case documents and preparing file summaries 4. Interpret policy and legislative frameworks to support decision-making 5. Maintain accuracy and compliance with Australian immigration guidelines 6.
