We're expanding our research team to support growing demand for qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed market research to identify US-based SMB IT companies hiring remote Full-Stack Developers (MERN), AWS Engineers, and QA Engineers. Discover HR heads and decision-makers using LinkedIn, company websites, and scraping techniques. Utilize open-source tools and data scraping platforms like Octoparse, Web Scraper (Chrome Extension), Instant Data Scraper, ParseHub , etc. Work with email and contact discovery tools such as Apollo, RocketReach, Hunter, Snov.io , etc. Maintain accurate lead records using Excel/Google Sheets or CRM. Perform city-wise startup research for targeting potential clients. Coordinate with internal recruitment and sales teams. Requirements: 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in lead generation, data scraping, or market research. Familiarity with open-source data scraping tools (e.g., Web Scraper, ParseHub, Instant Data Scraper). Experience using professional databases (Apollo, Hunter, ZoomInfo, etc.) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and consistency in data entry. Self-starter with excellent online research skills. Understanding of basic tech hiring terms preferred.
