Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Specialist role based in Kanpur. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, analyzing sales data, overseeing customer service processes, and enhancing the online shopping experience. Additionally, you will liaise with stakeholders to drive sales, implement strategies for improved customer engagement, and identify opportunities for growth in the e-commerce sector.
