Outsourcing Engineer

Out Sourcing Engineer;

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Coordination: Partner with external suppliers, fabrication units, and contractors to track project milestones and manufacturing schedules.
• Site Inspections: Visit vendor and supplier facilities to monitor progress, conduct quality checks, and resolve bottlenecks on the shop floor.
• Quality & Specification Control: Ensure all outsourced work strictly adheres to engineering drawings, technical blueprints, and global industry standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments including Purchase, Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and Design.
• Cost & Schedule Optimization: Drive delivery within agreed timeframes and target pricing while negotiating or tracking vendor quotes.
• Root Cause & Issue Resolution: Address non-conformance reports (NCR), material defects, or delays by implementing corrective and preventive actions.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
