Qualifications Experience in instructional design, facilitation, and conducting training sessions Strong presentation and communication skills Proficiency in curriculum development and evaluation techniques Ability to engage and inspire trainees through interactive and motivational strategies Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in using digital tools and software for training purposes Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and customize content delivery accordingly Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
