Role Overview: You will be joining Outlook Educational Services as a Tele Sales Specialist, where you will be responsible for promoting company services and programs through outbound calls to potential clients. Your role will involve explaining visa processes, training options, and available opportunities, following up on inquiries, maintaining client engagement, ensuring lead conversion, managing client information in the CRM system, and coordinating with the counseling team for smooth onboarding. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote company services and programs. - Explain visa processes, training options, and available opportunities in detail. - Follow up on inquiries, maintain engagement, and ensure lead conversion. - Manage and update client information in the CRM system. - Coordinate with the counseling team to schedule appointments and ensure a smooth onboarding process. - Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and performance targets. Qualification Required: - Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is mandatory. - Proven experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Education Consultancy is an advantage. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills. - Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools). - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Professional attitude and willingness to work in evening shifts.
