Responsibilities: Process DD, BOE, RIBA/RID transactions; Identify and code short payments; Ensure accurate treatment for recording cash in advance, cheque, etc.; Research and follow up on unidentified customer payments resolution; Identify and suggest process improvements and standardizations for the Cash Application processes; Constantly update and supervise the process documentation created gathering all changes/exceptions; Actively participate in improving performance indicators designed for cash application activity.
