Maintain records of shipments and documentation for audit and tracking purposes. Customs & Compliance:- Work with customs brokers (CHA) & custom policies to ensure timely clearance of shipments. Stay updated on import/export regulations, HSN codes, and trade compliance duty structure and free trade agreements (FTAs) requirements. Manage duty drawback claims and other regulatory documentation as required. Logistics Coordination:- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and shipping lines. Coordinate & track inland logistics movement proactively to avoid delays or issues in transit.
