Order fulfillment right from the order to till delivery. Responsibilities: Order Processing: Receive and process sales orders accurately and efficiently. Verify order details, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery information. Enter order information into the company's order management system. Order Tracking and Management: Monitor order status and track shipments throughout the fulfillment process. Provide regular updates to customers regarding order status and delivery schedules. Proactively address any potential delays or issues that may arise. Inventory Management Coordination: Coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team to ensure product availability. Communicate stock levels and product availability to the sales team. Ensure that product is allocated correctly to each order. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange timely and cost-effective delivery of orders. Prepare shipping documents and ensure accurate labeling. Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any delivery-related issues.
