Very irresponsible behavior of service people. It will be big mistake if you choose this company. Within warranty period I ask to rectify the noise. But they never tried and stopped service my lift. I dont know what to do this lift. VERY BAD SERVICE

Installed 2 elevators from oscan in our residence and the quality of the product is very good, although there is slight delay in first elevator installation but they improved a lot and completed the 2nd elevator installation on time without any issues.

Worst people in the business. Their service manager is extremely arrogant and rude. This was his precise statement "I will have too many calls, I will not remember. You should follow up about your service request, it was your mistake that you did not follow up!" DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICE.
