The level of commitment towards time is terrible. In the two services we'd they made us wait approx 2 hrs approx every time.. Before delivery they forget to check the issues raised..

Good staf, well maintained office facilities but personally i face many problem like misunderstanding with the staf about to deliver date and without my permission deduct my loan insurance amount. mainly thanks for the congratulations party this is good and creat feel proud full moment.
