Role Description: Back-End Developer (Hybrid – Noida) This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back End Developer based in Noida, with some flexibility for remote work. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable back-end systems that power modern digital products. The role involves collaborating with front-end and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration, high performance, and reliability. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs using NestJS (Node.js framework). Work with SQL-based databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL) including schema design, query optimization, and data modeling. Integrate third party APIs, authentication systems (OAuth2, JWT), and microservices. Optimize server-side logic, caching, and performance for scalability and reliability. Collaborate with front end teams to define API contracts and ensure smooth integration. Participate in code reviews, maintain clean architecture, and follow best coding practices. Contribute to continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP). Implement secure and efficient solutions adhering to backend development standards. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in NestJS (Node.js framework) is essential. Strong understanding of TypeScript and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. Hands-on experience with SQL-based databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MSSQL. Familiarity with ORM frameworks (TypeORM, Sequelize, Prisma). Experience with API design, authentication, and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2). Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL API architecture. Basic understanding of front-end technologies (React, Angular, or Vue) to collaborate effectively with front-end teams. Experience working with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus. Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
